It's really important to have someone that speaks the customer's language on site so that issues can be raised and addressed. There were a couple of times that I noticed something and wanted to raise it but no one was on-site to talk with. Interlock should consider having an inspector come to review the installation after completion. If someone was looking for an installations to be installed without any careful watching, they would be disappointed with the result. The crew fixed everything we pointed out but its not clear to me that they would have raised the issues unless I said something. Some sort of quality control on the installation should be considered.

“The roof was installed when there was lots of ice and snow on the ground. Cleanup of the nails was very difficult as they sunk into the snow. The crew did the best they could but we are still finding nails today.”
