Communication was poor and I was lied to on who would be coming the first day. The installer was knowledgeable and did a good job yet never committed as to when he'd be returning and never let me know before leaving each day. This was my second installation of interlock roofing. The first install was much better overall. I'm still picking up nails and metal shards from my yard and crushed stone driveway. The first day when my old roof was removed, an ornimental tree way broke in half and the installer knew yet never told me he was responsible for it which is very unprofessional for the amount of money I've spent. I was told to submit 3 estimates which is a lot to ask for their error. I choose not to prospective this because the damage was done the first day when the wrong person was sent even though I said I'd wait for the one I requested and didn't feel he should've been liable.
