“It would've been helpful to have an installation crew that could understand English a little more. In general, they did okay. There was a little miscommunication but I don't know if that was with the me and the crew or the office and the crew. There was a little confusion but I don't know where that stems from. I'm sure they were only doing what office was saying. The English wasn't good and the office was not helping.”
