The quality of the work in the trimming and finishing around the edges, for the most part, was good, but there were several areas where they had to come back and fix. The first day the crew lead was there, but after that there was no one I could talk to to address concerns due to the language barrier. In general, I am satisfied with the work. I received compliments on the roof. I expected to be taken care of more for the cost that was paid this is a high-end product and I didn't receive it.

“I had to request changes to the installation work on more than one occasion due to the way the edging was installed in the front porch area and also because the drip edge over the bay window blocks the opening of the window. We didn't realize that until a couple months ago when we tried to open the window.”
