Everyone was very nice and professional. The crew worked very hard long 12 hour days. The job was done in 2 1/2 days. My neighbors were really impressed . There was another house on my street getting a new roof at the same time and it took their crew a lot longer to complete the job. I have had many of my neighbors stop to say how nice it looks. If it works as advertised and the snow slides off with no leaking on the dormer I am sure some of them will be interested in getting an Interlock roof for themselves. We get lots of snow up here and leaking from icedams is always a problem. Having someone on the crew who speaks English would be good. As with any contracted work on a house I did have to keep a close look at what was being done. There were areas of the roof that had been stripped and done several years ago so only had one layer of shingles. I had to make sure I was not being charged for disposal of two layers. They look at a small area and say it is two layers but I knew it was not all over.

“If the crew had another net or tarp it would have been easier for them to keep the debris contained. As it was half the area was not covered so they had to pick everything up by hand. They worked very hard to keep things clean.”

“The dumpster company did damage my neighbors driveway when they delivered the dupster. Also the crew did not come back to repair the damage they did when removing the old roof. It was small but I am not able to do it myself. I did get a call saying they would be back on a Friday to fix things but they never came. Also I do need two or three more snow breaks on one part of the roof that I know will be a problem. They told me to wait one winter to see if they are really needed. In the original contract it called for 15 and I only have 13. I did not want them along the complete dormer but I do need them above an area that is above one of the back doors.”
