The roof does look nice. There has been no change in the “loudness” of it as some people thought with a metal roof. However that might be due to the fact that this was an overlay.I also didn’t appreciate the pressure to sign a check during the “free consultation”- I think that approach would turn off many potential buyers - even if it is good for the salesperson.
