What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Edina, MN?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Edina, MN, completed December 7, 2018. The project covered roughly 35 squares of roofing. Professional Completion scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “I still have three issues not resolved yet.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
Not sure yet. I am getting frustrated. Follow through more effectively. Do what you promised and not let your customer hanging. I hope I can say I will recommend Interlock to anyone but until my issues were resolved, I am afraid Interlock's service is well below my satisfaction.
