“We didn't have that much interaction. I had called to find out the start date because we hadn't heard when the roof was going to be installed and it took a few weeks for them to get back to me. Meanwhile I had actually called Canada, I called Interlock directly and they were very helpful. After the installation, we didn't get a bill. One day I got a call from a lady asking if the salesperson could come over the next day to pick up the check. I told her we hadn't received a bill and she told me she had sent it out the day before via mail. I told her we would be at work and that once we received the bill we would mail them a check. She then asked if we could tape the check to the front door. We mailed it the next day and it took them over a month to cash it. I find that totally bizarre. Our interaction with the people here was less than stellar. It was not very professional.”
