“Peter and the crew were great, but communication from the office staff was lacking. We signed the contract in April and Peter estimated our install would be August-ish. We expected to hear from you in the early summer, but we heard nothing until we contacted you in August to get an ETA. We were told probably early September. On Aug 21, the crew lead called to say they were starting the next day. After a few days of work, I remembered that Peter had said our 2nd payment would be due before they started. No one had asked for payment. I didn’t want to risk the crew stopping midway thru, so I called to ask how to make a payment. Communication was better after that.”
