We love the roof, its high quality and was installed very well. However, the actual process of getting the roof was kind of painful because the communication was not good. We feel the contractor in Minnesota is completely over worked. They don't have an office or office personnel to handle any questions or concerns, you actually have to speak to the installer for any questions and he cant answer questions efficiently or in a timely manner due to working on other homes and traveling. We sent a letter to the company saying that they need to improve the customer service. We would have loved to recommend them, but the communication problem is keeping us from doing that. Interock Roofing needs to improve on their communication and customer service.

“One of the things that actually came up and its a lesson learned. They came to us and gave the quote and then installed the roof, and then afterwards they tell us that our chimney needs to be re-tucked. But since we have a metal roof it can't be fixed easily. It took us a while to find someone who could work on it since we have a new roof. We asked for recommendations and didn't get any information. It took us 8 weeks to hear anything after installation. We wish they would have told us to fix the chimney first and then fix the roof vs them doing the roof first and then telling us about the chimney.”
