I have never been treated so negligently when attempting to purchase a high-end quality product. If the roof had been won in a lottery and was free I should have been treated better. Shame on Interlock roofs, and I cannot believe they are not aware of the incompetence in their employ. By the way, I do intend to file a complaint with the BBB. Others should be aware of the pitfalls, stress and financial loss I experienced so they can make an informed decision rather than rely on Peter's charm.
