I like the roof. The management of the project was not up to high standards. That would be my hesitation in recommending the company. I think I have already said most of it above. Communication and follow-up need improvement.Also, I was told that I would get a $500 discount for having a sign in the yard. It was not on the invoice and when I asked I just got verbal assurance that the discount was in the pricing. Not sure I believe that, and I am a pretty trusting person. Also, delivery of the sign was slow and after being up for months no one ever came to remove it. I took it out of the ground and called to have someone come and pick it up. No one ever came.

“During the installation it was OK. It snowed the next day. I was told that they would be back in spring to clean up scraps of metal, nails, etc. They never came and there were quite a few pieces laying around.”

“I had some questions along the way and timeliness of communication was poor. I was told that one section of the roof was too flat for shingles after I was told it was not too flat. I never felt satisfied that it really is too flat and I think it was done that way just to save material. I never saw an inspector to confirm that it was too flat. It had shingles on it before and was approved. Not happy with that.”
