  I am unlikely to recommend Interlock to a friend. I found the sales representative, Jonathan Brown, highly deceptive when pricing the deal. That is simply unacceptable. I did find the installation crew hard working and organized. They did a good job and I appreciated that.   We had a new metal roof installed on our entire home, and we are very pleased with the quality of the product. Our installation had to be scheduled for after some other work being done on the house, and Interlock was very flexible with our ever-evolving timeline. As soon as we were ready, they had a crew at our house within a week and once started they were very quick to get the project done. The new roof is not only super functional for our New England location, but it also looks beautiful!

  Our only challenge was the language barrier with the roofing crew. One of the employees could speak very broken English and we cannot speak Spanish so it was difficult to ask questions or discuss concerns directly with the crew. However, a simple phone call to Jennifer Simons at the Walpole office addressed the issue. In the future, having a member of the roofing crew who speaks fluent English would be very helpful and reassuring to the homeowner.
