This has been one of our best investments ever. It wasn’t perfect when they finished but the after installation follow up has been. Navir always has been very professional, friendly and polite. I always have tried to tip him, he never accepts it but is grateful for the offer. I highly recommend this company.

Overall great experience, disappointed in follow up with noted questions. Cleanup was lacking on the little metal slivers (1 -2”) shards of tile trimmings. Grand daughter cut her foot on these sticking up between boards on upper deck area. Missing screws on edge between siding and roof. Left messages but NO response. Talked to a guy that answered phone, he typed message to responsible person. He said I’d hear back within 24 hours, 6 days ago, no call. See above, they requested photos and I sent them BEFORE the job was ⅔ complete. Called and brought it to their attention but still no follow up to date. Left messages regarding other missing screws, no response. Got my money and went silent. It’s all above
