  Having the on-site crew specifically notify homeowner, if present, when they depart for the day, and when they expect to return. They usually did so, but not always. Also, it was often not clear to whom questions should be addressed. We were particularly pleased at the daily cleanup, and by the filling of the macadam divots (from the dumpster wheels) on the last day.
