Communication - between Larry Ebbs, Inside Sales and Production folks. Negatives - 1. Larry was certain that I had one layer of roofing - this was incorrect. It therefore, cost me more than anticipated. Credit was always pushed - I did not like this.2. Larry said that final payment by credit card was ok. Knew that I wanted the points. When I was ready to pay at the end, I was told that the company did not want to accept my credit card. They came back and asked me if I would pick up their credit card costs. This points to: 1. better training needed by sales 2. Sales should be accompanied by someone who is willing to check out the customer's needs up front so that no added costs or surprises are encountered.
