After telling sales rep we wanted to cancel our order he did not cancel order as he was sure if he knocked if a couple of hundred dollars we would change our mind therefore our check was deposited and took multiple phone calls and e mails and several weeks to get that returned. That is in excusable ! However considering the use of high pressure sales techniques I'm not surprised just disappointed. Will not deal with this company again.
