“When I called to set up an estimate I did not realize someone was going to come out and give us a sales pitch for 2 hours. We just wanted information and did not want to sign anything. He made us feel like we had to sign something. While he was nice and personable, it was too much. I felt like he was trying to get us to work with him on his terms than us on our terms.”
