    They could probably improve on the communication between the scheduler, the homeowner and sales. They communicated great with the installers and everything, and when they would be here and what days to take off because of weather. Between them and me, I didn't hear anything, and I was irritated they weren't coming, and I stayed home. So better communication with the scheduler and the homeowners.
