“From when we signed the contract to the time we had the work done, it took 4-5 weeks. We knew that, but we would have appreciated it if they would have called. There was no calling every other week to let us know the status. The installers were great, but they said they would come at 8 and wouldn't come until 9-10. Another day, they didn't show up at all, and didn't call until 11. They need to up their game on communication.”
