Spent several hours trying to get a hold of someone as to why the crew was not on the job. Found out the crew was not scheduled for that day. The manager of the installation crews made commitment to have crew on site next day. Next day had to call and found out that our roof had not been manufactured yet and was not schedule to be installed for another month.”
