There was difficulty coordinating with the solar company. I provided a phone number for a person whom I thought still worked for the solar company. Interlock was unable to contact him, but didn't contact me about it. The problem wasn't noticed until the installers were ready to start, resulting in a delay before the installation could begin. Fortunately, we had sufficient good weather for the installation to be completed successfully. There was some difficulty at times communicating with Angela in the Interlock Industries office (425-438-8585).
