“I had to keep calling the Canadian office to get any updates. We were scheduled for a September install. In July I was called by the Canadian office if I had any preference to a install date. I told them I was open anytime in August. They said that they would call the office in Stanwood, Wa. and have them call to schedule. Nothing. I call back the first week of August to let them know I had heard nothing. They said that they would have Stanwood call me ASAP to get it scheduled. A week later I called back and told them I had not heard. She told me it was scheduled for October 11th. I told them no one called me to let me know. A few days later a delivery truck showed up to deliver the material. The driver called me an hour before the delivery. I was surprised, good thing I was home. The install crew showed up late afternoon the day before the install They went right to work that afternoon doing the tear down.I heard that there were some personal changes made in the scheduling office which caused the scheduling problem.”

“What a GREAT crew!! They had to do a 2 layer tear down and remove a very old hot water solar panels and fill in the large holes. I was told by sales that it may take a week to complete the roof. The crew came a 4pm on Monday left at 7pm Tuesday they came at 7am and left at 7pm. And Wednesday they came at 7am and left at 9am. It was a total or 16 hours to complete.”
