“I was told the jobsite would be cleaned up at the end of each day. Only happened the first day. A pile of debris was left beside my house for two weeks. Cigarette butts left in driveway and yard. I was told the roof would be "detailed" upon completion. I'm still picking up pieces of trimmed shingles that comes off the roof.”

“We were told the project would be done mid to end of March. Although I thought that might be early weather wise I thought we would wait and see. I was very concerned when I was told later work would start the end of February. We had 9" of snow on the ground and 50 mph winds. I think if the original schedule was kept the job would have gone smoother.”

    Listen to the homeowner when determining when a job should proceed. Materials should be checked before starting a job for correct color and be sure all materials are accounted for. While we are generally happy with the way the roof looks, I'm disappointed in the process if having it done. I was under the impression that a crew from Interlock would do the installation. Was not the case. A subcontractor did the installation. Knowing what I know now, we may have made a different buying decision. Sounds like Interlock and their subcontractor have some issues to work out.
