Fire every single crew member on the original crew that started my roof. Have a manager that could actually answer my questions and stick to a schedule. The crew cut off 2 feet of my 2 awnings to put the roof on. THAT was not part of the deal. Completely ruined the existing awnings beyond repair.The 3 veteran installers that came in to clean up this MESS, did a great job and were done very quickly.
