“I was contacted by Interlock staff telling me the materials would be delivered before the installation crew showed on January 2. January 2 came and no materials and no crew showed. Not a word from Interlock on what was going on. We sent an email to Interlock on January 3 stating crew had not shown. Got an answer back that Interlock didn’t know why but would get back to us. Then told us crew should be on sight early afternoon, not sure what the hold up was. January 4 still no show. Finally showed about 16:00 January 4, unloaded materials and said they would start job about 08:00 in the morning. I asked what the holdup was as they were supposed to be on sight yesterday they stated they only got the job information this morning. Job started January 5 08:00.”
