“Glenn said there was a problem in the area of current roof surrounding the chimney, and said that he would come drape it with tarps as soon as I signed a contract. The next estimate was given by an experienced roofer, who had done the roof next door, who climbed the roof to measure. He said the chimney was well done and is water tight, so I assume that either Glenn is NOT knowledgeable or Glenn was providing "alternative facts" as a ploy to manipulate me.”

“I told Glenn I would not be making a decision until Monday. He called the Friday before the Monday I said, during rush hour, while I was in the midst of nasty rain and traffic, driving through Portland. If he had been the one I had planned to select, this would have been enough to lose the job. When I say Monday, I mean MONDAY, not the Friday before. I chose Monday for good reasons. I knew I would not be traveling.”
