“They sent out a person to do some work on the house. It wasn't the initial people that put on the roofing, but it was a follow up person that came to cut off the nails that were protruding through the overhangs. I wasn't pleased at all with the attitude of that person, nor with his total performance. I am calling Rolland Starke today to speak to him about this issue.”

“I know it is very difficult, and that the pieces of the roofing that were cut off are hard to get. However, the aluminum sheet metal that they cut off were left in the plants and such. It could be a safety issue, but I do understand the difficulty of getting all of those pieces up.”
