“This was really lacking on many levels. Didn't get a call about a week ahead of scheduled start date - I had to call them. Angela was on vacation and no one picked up her workload.Never got a call on the scheduled day, until late in the afternoon when Roland called to ask if they could start the following Monday.By 1 PM on that Monday, I still had heard nothing regarding anything. Left to do errands that needed to be done while I was staying at home waiting. Got back to find truck, trailer and installer here. Had I known that it was all being driven down from Seattle on that day, I wold have been able to plan accordingly.Work was halted on Thursday, got no phone call from anyone as to why. Despite several attempts to find out, I finally got a call on the following Tuesday saying some supplies were missing from the shipment and they were being shipped to my address. Items finally arrived the following Monday, and work resumed.”
