  We are completely satisfied with our beautiful new roof. We had an old concrete tile roof before which had developed a few leaks and was extremely heavy for our 1960s house to continue to support. I love the look of a tile roof and really wanted to continue with something that looked similar. Interlock produces a tile look roof which I fell in love with.   The presentation was very good and extremely informative. We thought that the product was wonderful, but it just came down to the fact that we are not going to be in this home for more than 10 years, so it wasn't cost effective for us. If we knew that we were going to be staying here for 20 to 30 years, then we would have done it.

  Their product is good. They should work on their communication. We would not have had a problem, if they would have called us, even if they would have had to put it off. Their communication skills is an area that they should improve on. We were asked whether it's noisy or not, since the installation. I'll have to say, it's not noisy.

  well no big deal said they would do in early Oct & was November to do. The big deal was sales staff did not tell me I needed to move the DirecTv dish from roof to another location. Very upsetting had a week event on pay 4 view that weekend & no dish. DirecTv could not relocate tell Monday. My dish hanging by the cable off the house.
