Multiple times I was given a date and time for installation, and the day ended with no one showing up or notifying me that there had been a change. They need to have better customer service and provide accurate information that they'll stick to.

But poor communication, a messy cleanup, and a leaking roof occurred anyway with an in-genuine "sorry" at every step. Communication was what needed the most improvement, mostly with Angela.

Also, the nails for the roof went through our soffits, so they now look bad. This issue has been resolved by Interlock by paying for them to be painted over, but it would have been nice to know that this was going to happen before it did.

Fisher our pricing is $1300-$1500 a month, $4500-$3800 with Interlock roofing which would take three years to pay off. Its a beautiful product, but I don't see any house in this neighborhood going for it. The promotion was also strange with the thank you cards.

They were really good people, and I'm content with their products. The only problem I had was with the scheduler who didn't schedule the job on time and had an attitude. He wanted to argue about everything.
