Interlock Roofing could have improved by communicating better when there was an issue. It is expensive, but it is very nice. We had the August 20th date picked out for a long time and then at the beginning of August, a lady called and asked us to schedule a date for the installation and I told her that we already picked out August 20th. They had to postpone because they ran into some issues and then they didn't show up for the postponed date, so I had my doubts. Once they showed up, got it done, and cleaned up though, it appeared that the scheduling was just a bump in the road. I had my doubts, but once they showed up to do the work, they were great. They did a great job and the roof is beautiful. I get nothing but compliments from my neighbors. I am very pleased with it.

“We had a date picked out and it got postponed. They were fine with that, but the second time that it got postponed, we heard nothing back from them. We had to call them to see where they were art. My mom got sick, so I went up there to see her. It turned out okay, but my wife had to stay here because the roofers were supposed to be coming. They didn't show up though. If they had told us that they weren't coming, she could've gone with me. She stayed behind for that and they never showed up. Apparently they ran into some problems at the previous job and it was right before labor day weekend. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the guys and the quality of the roof. That was the only stumbling block that we had.”
