The gentleman was friendly, courteous and patience. He looked at the photos of the leak and was able to determine what the problem was and was able to fix the problem. He also explained the problem to a person who has no knowledge of roof problems..great job!!!!!

there was a mix-up regarding the time of day at which the project would start.I wasn't aware the guys needed to pick up the materials and that there could be a delay in actually starting the project.As it happened the work crew delivered the materials at my house around 6pm and started on the project the next day.It all turned out well and the job was completed in a timely manner
