The process was so hard. I would love to recommend them because the work is wonderful, but the aggressive, high pressure sales was not appealing. If they had communicated a lot more and been more willing to work with us and comply with our needs instead of high pressure salesman coming to our home and expecting us to make the decision in an hour. For such a high end roof, It was just cheesy to me. While there were aspects that were hard during the process, we do love our roof. It's just beautiful.
