Nevertheless, that he did not know that the crew failed to report for work, which suggests a lack of communication between the job manager and the crew.

  I was very disappointed with the salesperson. We explained to him we are in the process of either staying here or moving. If we were staying, we would be interested in the roof, but if we were moving, we would either not be replacing the roof or we would go with a more standard version.
