You contract them for one thing, and they subcontract for something else. You need to check with the sub's contract and compare it to what you contracted them for because they try to skim. They could have improved with a more thorough assessment prior to the contract, adherence to the contract as it was written, and not trying to cheat us by contracting the sub to do something different from what I paid… Read more →
