On the day of delivery I called Jeniffer and she told me the delivery truck was on its way, but there was no previous notice of delivery. Workers smoked too much and worked slowly, took more breaks than work, and only one person spoke English. Stripping took two days and my plants were not protected as promised. They were promised to start at 7am but never showed up until 11:30am, and it took five days total for such a small project. There was very little communication. My gutter hangers were re-bought because of mis-care of dismantling. Part of my gardening tools went missing, and after inspection I found cigarette butts and over 100 old rusty nails plus new sharp aluminum bits in the yard, concerning given I have pets and small kids. The snow breakup material for the main roof was only installed on one side despite paying for the whole completion. I was willing to forget and forgive, but the truth needed to be told. The garage and home looks good; we'll wait for the weather to see how well the material and work hold.
