“When we had Jeff here, we discussed the timeframe of the installation. We agreed that mid May would work best for us. He also stated several times that the waiting time was 8-12 weeks. That was just about right with our time schedule. It was all agreed on. Then, when I talked to the scheduler, she said it was going to be 6-10 weeks. She then called and left a message on my machine and said that they have an opening in the middle of April. We were very uncomfortable with them putting on a metal roof on top of a wet roof.”
