“Apparently there was an issue with the arrival of the materials, and the crew arrived without the lead. There was a challenge with communication at the beginning of the project. From the sales discussion of the crew, I thought that the crew arriving would have some recognizable affiliation with Interlock. Instead, it seemed the crew was subcontracted through another party, not directly with Interlock.”

A large section of an Interlock cardboard box was found a day after the work was completed. I also saw open beer cans at the job site at the end of the day. The crew also backed up the van into my garden, displacing compost and dirt and leaving tire tracks.”
