The company responded right away and didn't quibble about making it right, for which I am very grateful. However, I believe with a little extra care (e.g. an hour designated for doing a final checkover) on the part of the crew (or time to have one final look over between crew and homeowner), this could be improved. Because we paid so much for the roof, it feels like the attention to detail should be just a bit higher.”
