Overall I didnāt have the greatest experience but that was primarily from the contracted installation crew and their lack of follow through with doing the roof right the first time. Otherwise Iām happy with the way the roof looks and the quality. And despite having to have part of it redone I appreciated the interlock rep going up in my attic and making the crew redo it correctly so I had a quality job. His honesty about the situation went a long way. I would have liked to choose when they were coming. When youāre paying upwards of 50k for a roof I would think you could have some say.
