    Before the job I requested information about methods for installing solar on the roof together with the interlock product. I do understand that this was around New Year’s time, however, the company was unresponsive to emails for more than a week until Paul used his internal contacts to get things going. An automated response could have been a better result if everybody was out.

    Overall the two that came out are nice guys, but what they didn't think of is they were talking to a guy that deals with engineers and a wife that is an accountant for research grants. The chase and show just annoyed us, but it's clearly what they are taught by the company.

    The sales meeting was three hours long, and Mr. Paul was there at 6:00 and did not leave until 9:00. This interfered with our kids bedtimes. Also the salesperson was pushy and wanted a contract signed that day.
