This project used an Interlock® Cedar Shingle system in Tudor Brown on a home in Bremerton, WA, completed December 31, 2021. The project covered roughly 29 squares of roofing. Kevin and Angela P. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on May 18, 2021. Communication scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “When i did have issues, i had to email them 5-7 times and I had to make phone calls and it took 3 weeks to get a response and that was frustrating.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
They could have improved on the communication throughout the project. I did not fell like their cooperate side was effectively communicating with the installation team. It's like one of them did not get the full the message. In the area where we are and as we were about the estimates and etc...they did not recommend getting snow guards for the roof and that was fine but if you have high end gutters that have the mesh screens over the top then those get turned off pretty badly and i think that they should tell people that if they have a gutter guards that might be damaged by the large chunks of snow, then you might want to get guards.
