  Never. Interlock Roofing could improve their customer experience by showing up when they say they are going to show up and by scheduling the delivery of the materials and workers at the same time. Not allowing the installer to show up whenever they feel like and work when they want. We were told the job would take two days, but the job took two and a half weeks.
