Metal Shakes Camano Island, WA Review 🇺🇸 — February 12, 2015 | Interlock®
Camano Island, WA
They could improve communication between the customer and Rolland. There were so many pieces that got messed up. The installers made up where Rolland failed to do his job. I spent ten hours cleaning the windows and it turned out they were the wrong windows. I had to contact them to get them ordered and expedited. Rolland should have done that. When the stuff was shipped, the pallet wasn't loaded properly and the FedEx guy wanted us to help him unload it, which we wouldn't do. Rolland wanted us to help! Some of the stuff was missing; he failed to do an inventory. It wasn't pleasant and it was very frustrating, but the installers were excellent.
