  Communication was unacceptable. Day 1 I was told the crew would show up at 9 am. When they didn't arrive by 11 am, I called the scheduler to find out if the work was going to start. I had not been told the crew was driving down from Seattle. Once Damon Isbell and National Sales Manager Michael Rasmussen got by first installment payment, I never heard from them again - NEVER.   They didn't deliver what they said they were going to deliver. We are in court litigation right now. They got to a point and I noticed they were putting dents everywhere. They had contractors doing it. I tried to stop them, and they said they would come back and repair the dented tiles. They got done and wanted their money and didn't come back and do what they said they would do. It's not the product they sold us.   We love the roof ,the 50year garente is great the peace of mind of the material used is great . The price was hard to swallow but I love the look and peace of mind that we have a worry free roof is great.my only issues were the waiting time , not knowing when the job would start and the lack of communication with the work crew.but overall I'm happy.   We really like the product, but we wish the communication was better. It's just frustrating because it was a very expensive roof. The sales pitch, I did not like or appreciate the sales pitch. It was either commit to it now, or the price goes up. We asked them to wait to build the tiles until we sold the house, but they didn't and we were forced to do something financially we didn't want to do.
