There were problems that were encountered during installation, such as roof leaks, gutter parts being mistakenly disposed of that were not, in my opinion, properly addressed by Interlock until I kept forced the issue. I do think (hope)that these issues are now being addressed. Also, during installation heavy outside furniture was moved, which was fine, but was not moved back, in fact, my garage was blocked by "moved furniture" the whole time of the installation (which took 2+ weeks due to rain) leaving me to park my car outside, which again is not a big deal but when the installation team (2 people) left, they left the garage blocked also. Luckily my son lives close by and I was able to get his help in moving these really heavy things back in place and getting my garage back. The 2 guys were really nice and did a good job on my roof for just two guys working, but I expected more from this company. In fact, I had a lower bid from State Roofing, but went with Interlock because I thought that it had the experience and would do a better job with less issues. I feel that there should have been a project person that would have checked to see how everything was progressing and maybe take care of the issues - when I called Interlock on 2 occasions ; roof leak and then missing gutters, I think the communication could have definitely been better - or maybe just more of it. I know that I spoke with an answering service at least once and did not get a call back for a few days and as for the call that I made about the leak, the Installer did receive the message, but I never heard another word from anyone at Interlock to see if there was any interrior damage. There was material that had not been delivered that the installers were waiting on to finish the job and I was told when the installers would be back, but no one showed up for, I think a week after that, again not a big deal (except all this time I was waiting on the gutters and hopefully to get back in my garage), but just poor communication. see #14
