Interlock Roofing took forever. There was so much wrong. I needed a roof replacement from the damage. It took two months for them to respond. When they did come out, I was overcharged for the bid. They had to redo the bid. I got emails sent to me that weren't even my estimate. It was somebody else's. I got the run-around and was trying to contact people. They were saying they would get me to them and nobody would ever call me back. I finally got a hold of someone who did communicate with me and finally got someone to come out to replace the roof. Interlock Roofing could have improved with the installation, workmanship as they are cleaning things up, and taking care of customers' property. My experience with Interlock Roofing was awful and I'm not happy.

“When they were tearing the roof off, they threw it on top of my plants. I had to go out there and tell them to stop. With the type of roof that I have, they walked back and forth and dented it. Some of the installation was shotty. They had to replace one whole section of my roof. They put it on but walked over it and dented it. They made the peak of my gutters too long. Also, they overdressed the gutters when they hung them, so my gutters aren't going to work. They left garbage. They left the ladder, cardboard boxes, and roofing material. If I went outside, I had to be careful to not get metal thrown on me. They threw their cases of metal all over the yard. I had to go through two or three times to pick up the garbage. They left stuff here such as cardboard boxes, roofing material, and their ladder. I had to clean it up. It's still here. They threw their stuff on top of my plants.”

Then gave me the excuse that it's just that kind of roof and they couldn't install it without denting it.”
