“My roof job was about an 8-day job, so I felt I had to be reasonable about things. I didn't care if scrap was left on the ground overnight, but the crew spent 1/2 hour everyday cleaning scrap up and we had a spot for them to park their dump trailers. They asked if they could leave them there overnight and I said yes. I get the feeling if I had said no, they would have taken the trailers and not argue with me about it. It was organized into scrap pile area and building material area.”

“The installation was to start on a Monday at 10AM, but that time came and went with no workers. At noon, corporate Interlock called to find out how things were going. I told them nothing was happening right now. The weather wasn't the best that day and I had heard before hand that getting materials from their Canadian warehouse was more difficult due to our political atmosphere. She said she would have them call or she would call back. And she did! Around 3 to inform how things were going, the crew was to start "tomorrow at 8AM". And they did.”
