See below! 1. COMMUNICATION! I was unable to contact ANYONE for an entire weekend when I had been told work would be occurring. 2. Ensure that all materials are in hand before beginning work. 3. COMMUNICATE! This also refers to communicating to installers what time to show up, contract requirements (including all vents), and basics like covering a heat pump and plants before beginning work.

Sales Punctuality

★★★★Agree

Sales Knowledge

★★★☆☆Neutral
“Yes and no. He seemed knowledgeable before I bought the roof. But he promised to be available if I had issues during installation as my friends had, and that was NOT the case.”

Employees Professionalism

★★★☆☆Neutral
“They were all courteous, but communication was a serious problem. The language barrier probably added to that.”

Communication

☆☆☆☆Strongly disagree
“I have numerous specific examples that I can share if you’re interested. The so-called installation manager, Patrick, was mostly AWOL.”

Installation Crew

★★☆☆☆Disagree
“First thing they did was show up 1-2 hours before the stated time, getting me out of bed. Then they locked their keys in their vehicle. They didn’t cover my heat pump or plants until asked, and they obviously weren’t prepared to do so, as one of the workers had to go purchase materials to use—which were heavy tarps that damaged some of the plants. They had to stop work the second day because they didn’t have all the necessary materials; they should not have begun the work without having everything available. They didn’t install a ridge vent in my shed roof as specified in the contract, and wouldn’t have installed any vents had I not pointed this out. Throughout the project, communication was abysmal.”

Clean & Safe

★★★☆☆Neutral
“I had to constantly monitor this. They didn’t cover my heat pump or plants until I pointed out that they were knocking material off the roof into them.”

Professional Completion

★★★☆☆Neutral
“No to the first part of the sentence, yes to the second.”

Problem Resolution

★★★☆☆Neutral
“Eventually…although I’m still waiting to hear back on one last question.”

Schedule

★★☆☆☆Disagree
“They showed up early the first day, then had delays.”
